Return Conditions

Returns are only applicable for items with verified quality issues.

Products must be kept in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and shall not affect secondary sales.

Please return the product with its complete original packaging, accessories, product labels, invoices, and other related items.

To process a quality-related return, please provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

For quality-related issues, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days (or more, as specified at the time of purchase) of receiving the product.

Custom-made items (such as embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Final Sale / Discounted Items: All items purchased during promotions or with significant discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Jewelry & Accessories: For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry, accessories, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Fees for Returns

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, unsuitable size, color preference, etc.), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee shall be based on the shipping method you choose.

If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., the goods received are damaged or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and the seller will cover the cost.

Return shipping costs for verified quality issues will be borne by the seller.
Return Process

If you believe the item has quality issues, please submit a return request via email or online customer service within a reasonable period (and no later than 14 days after receipt) of receiving the item, including your order number and a detailed issue description.

After our customer service confirms and approves the request, we will provide the return address and instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
